NHP Inflammation Panel V02

The LEGENDplex™ Non-Human Primate (NHP) Inflammation Panel V02 is a bead-based multiplex assay, using fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 13 NHP inflammatory cytokines/chemokines, including IL-12p40, IL-6, IL-10, CXCL10 (IP-10), IL-17A, CXCL8 (IL-8), IFN-β, IL-23, TNF-α, IFN-γ, GM-CSF, IL-1b and CCL2 (MCP-1). This assay provides high detection sensitivity and broad dynamic range. The panel has been validated for use on serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples in both Rhesus and Cynomolgus species.
