Description

GPA33, also known as A33 antigen, is a 43 kD glycosylated transmembrane member of the immunoglobulin family of proteins. It is expressed on gastrointestinal epithelium and in some types of colon cancer.  GPA33 is also expressed on CD4+ T cells, including regulatory T cells, subsets of CD8+ T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, innate lymphoid cells (ILCs), and NKT cells. The function of GPA33 is currently unknown.

Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
